This event complements the 3rd EU eGovernment Ministerial Conference "TRANSFORMING PUBLIC SERVICES", which will take place on the 24th and 25th November, and aims to highlight the lessons learnt from England's experience and share the products and materials that have been developed by English councils as part of the national e-Government programme.
The day will provide opportunities for discussion and debate through a number of seminars with particular emphasis on the practical outputs and the challenges ahead posed by the transformation agenda. Represented at the event will be a large contingent from the EU conference and regional and national local government executives.
